The following terms and conditions govern the use of www.quickiefurlong.com ("the Website") and services provided by Quickie Furlong Courier Services—By registering and using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Quickie Furlong Courier Services reserves the right to update or revise these terms at any time. Customers are encouraged to review them periodically.

Registration

By registering with Quickie Furlong Courier Services, each customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Upon registration, customers will receive access to our U.S. shipping address and a unique customer code starting with “QICK”. This code is essential for proper identification of the customers’ packages and MUST be entered when you are using their shipping address. Failure to include your code may result in delays or misplacement of packages.

Customers are solely responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and password. Sharing account information with others is strictly prohibited. Quickie will not be liable for any unauthorized access or activity under your account. Any suspicious activity should be reported to us immediately.

Liability

Quickie Furlong Courier Services shall NOT be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, customs seizures, or delays caused by shipping partners.

Suppliers or shippers MUST ensure that items or properly package to withstand international and local transit. Quickie Furlong Courier Services will not be responsible for damages caused by poor packaging or for items damaged or lost before arriving at our Jamaican facility.

We will NOT be held responsible for any package seized by The Jamaica Customs Agency due to a breach of the Customs Act. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that items being shipped with Quickie Furlong Courier Services are in accordance with the Jamaica Customs Agency.

Delivery & Pickup

Quickie Furlong Courier Services offers delivery services throughout Jamaica via Knutsford Express (delivery charges apply and are payable at collection). We also provide centralized pickup options in Spanish Town and Bog Walk.

Pickup arrangements must be confirmed in advance. All individuals collecting packages must present a valid photo ID. For third-party pickups, the customer must provide authorization, and the third-party must also present ID. No package will be released without proper identification and authorization. All packages must be signed for upon collection.

Payment

Payments can be made via bank transfer or Cash on Delivery (COD). For payments JMD $5,000 and above, bank transfer is required, and payment MUST be confirmed in our account before delivery.

Payment receipts (screenshots or confirmations) must be sent via WhatsApp to (876) 898 -4125 or email to [email protected]. No package will be released without confirmation of payment.

The Jamaica Customs Agency

We at Quickie Furlong REQUIRES each customers to upload valid invoices for items shipped to our U.S. warehouse to assist with smooth customs processing.

Items valued over USD $100 will attract customs fees, which are not included in Quickie’s Furlong Courier Services shipping or handling fees. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and must be settled before package release.

Prohibited & Restricted Items

Restricted & Prohibited items should NOT be sent to our warehouse. Visit the Jamaica Customs Agency website using this link https://jca.gov.jm/individual/passenger/restricted-items/ for a guide outlining prohibited and restricted items.

Returns

Quickie Furlong Courier Services does NOT have a return policy. In a case where an incorrect package or damaged item was shipped by a supplier, the customer will be advised to submit a return using the supplier's guidelines.

Refund Policy

There will be NO REFUND on packages that are damaged or lost before reaching our facility in Jamaica neither will there be a refund on items that are damaged or lost due to improper packing by the supplier.
